Too much energy?
Is that possible to feel too energized on this diet? This is day 12 of phase one - well, technically it's the 6th day of my second attempt since I binged on lots of chocolates on the 6th day of my first attempt!_ and I just can't stop! Worked a 12 hour shift, went straight to the gym for a killer power yoga class, came home and cooked for tomorrow, paid bills, eat a huge salad, am now I'm watching tv while on line! No caffeine at all! It feels good but stange, very strange...
