wow thats fantastic lucky you!!! iam sure thats possible i dont weigh myself i go by feel i do have docs apt. next thurs. i am having a mole checkked but i know he will weigh me blahhh!!! but i think ill go ahead and look i usually dont.. my clothes are fitting better i tried on some things that were too tight lookin better!! but it does seem slow and i cheated a little first time in like 20 days but it sent me off on craving binge.. so iam punishing myself with xtra trips to the gym and longer workouts.. that will teach me lol!!! jules congrats keep going
It sounds like you have done really well your first few days! Congrats! I would guess that while you have lost, it probably isn't 6 pounds. The scale can show quite a lot of difference from one time to the next, for a lot of reasons. I know I weigh about 4 pounds lighter in the morning than in the evening!
Give it a week and you will have a better idea of what your actual loss is. In the meantime, keep up the GREAT work!

I decided not to weigh except on a weekly basis. My clothes are getting a lot looser, however. That's always a good sign.
