At the moment, I'm doing just a Protein Diet. I cut out artificial sweeteners, as well as sodas. I drink iced/hot coffee/tea, water as well as lemon sparking water. I think for me, that was the hardest thing to do.
I'm currently kinda stuck in the 240's (when I started this diet, around 2 months ago, I was in the 260's). Perhaps cause my work out as come to a halt (broke my foot, so I've been on bed rest). Trying to not let it discourage me.
I'm trying to only weigh myself every other day, due to the fact I don't want to be obsess with the numbers.
Don't really have a game plan
Also, glad to meet someone people with the same troubles I've gone through.
