Hello everyone. New to this site. I go by Euie. c:

Here's kinda my weight story: I have EDNOS (disclaimer: in no shape nor form am I or would I, ever promote EDNOS, or any other ED). I've been everywhere with my weight, from 110's, to 300's. 300lbs was my lowest point. My father had passed away (was 18, now I'm 22). I can't seem to get this weight then under control. Either I over do it, or go to the other extreme.

I realize, though, I want to lose weight in a healthy way. I won't be doing any fad diets.

I want to, maybe one day, get married and have kids, and the thought of them suffering the way I did sent shivers down my spine.

Anyway, so glad to be in a healthy, supporting community.

We're in pretty similar places; EDNOS, binge eating, one extreme or the other. I'm cheering for you and glad that you're here. (:
Do you have a healthy plan in mind already?

Hi Euephie,
I am also very new to this site. Welcome. I am on my third week of Ideal Protein Diet. Long road ahead! Only in the past couple of years I started experiencing the need to eat constantly... and all of a sudden, two months ago it became an obsession. So I started the IP protocol. I am hoping that it will allow me to not only lose weight, but stop this terrible habit! Have you decided on a game plan?

At the moment, I'm doing just a Protein Diet. I cut out artificial sweeteners, as well as sodas. I drink iced/hot coffee/tea, water as well as lemon sparking water. I think for me, that was the hardest thing to do.

I'm currently kinda stuck in the 240's (when I started this diet, around 2 months ago, I was in the 260's). Perhaps cause my work out as come to a halt (broke my foot, so I've been on bed rest). Trying to not let it discourage me.

I'm trying to only weigh myself every other day, due to the fact I don't want to be obsess with the numbers.

Don't really have a game plan

Also, glad to meet someone people with the same troubles I've gone through. :)
