I always feel lazy when I take a day off. I shouldn't feel like that but I do.
3 miles
I strained my back yesterday cleaning out the chicken coop so 3 is all I can do right now.

Back is better, feet are killing me. I walked 8 miles just at work yesterday and I can feel it.
I live in the country too, 50 acres, so not huge but big enough to make me happy. It is nice to be able to step outside and not fee people staring at you isn't it. I absolutely love having no neighbors right on top of me.

My neighbors are 1/4 mile away. Good to hear about your back.
