Hi all!
I am new to this forum. The name is Mary, I am 23 from the Twin Cities area. I've been lifting for 6 months off and on (Due to illness/work), and am now trying to get into it more regularly.
Right now my routine consists of:
Monday: Shoulders,back
Wed: Legs
Friday: Chest, arms
Sometimes I do some cardio on tuesday or thursday, but lately I've been jogging in the morning on the weekends. (Gets too hot in the afternoon.)
I suppose my goals are to drop 10lbs of fat and gain the same in muscle. I would also like to increase my strength, and eventually reach 16% BF, my BF is currently around 18%.
