Ok, so years ago, I wanted to start the Atkins diet so I went to the thrift store to see if I could find a second hand copy of the book. I couldn't find it but I ended up picking up the South Beach Diet instead. To me, I said it must've been a sign to give it a try. I ended up not finishing the book and then I ended up giving it back to goodwill. Today, I go to another thrift store in an attempt to find an Atkins book and ended up not finding it but finding the South Beach Diet. I told myself I was gonna read it, cover to cover and give it a go. Started reading it and enjoying it so far. Thinking of even doing weekly video blogs. Not sure yet. I will be logging on here though

just wanted to tell you all my story. Oh and I gave birth to a little boy almost 5 months ago and I'm getting married next year so time to lose this weight so I can look good in a wedding dress lol. I'm currently at 207 and my goal weight is 145.
