Default Short girls MFP

1240 is the calorie goal for each day because I am so short and I would like to lose 40 lbs. (i would be happy with 20 though)
It is very difficult to stick to this goal as I am so stressed out living in poverty
working a minimum wage job with no friends. I really come on here to talk to you all and if anyone know of ways I can make new friends or make some extra cash please share because its very difficult to lose weight in these living conditions.

You can add me on MFP - Queenmunchy...

Hello! I am a short person too! I am using MyFitnessPal. You can add me too: FancyFez

Also, I can't imagine how hard all of this must be for you. I know that the cheapest foods are unhealthy foods.

Aloha.. Have you looked into meetup to meet people? That has been my go to when we moved into new areas. I have met so many cool people through the events from other moms to active lifestyle groups.
Here in Hawaii food is ridiculously expensive. I have had to get creative with how to stretch out food budget. I grow some of our food, and we are fortunate for year round summer. We also get CSA boxes. Crop share... every week we get a surprise box of veggies and some ffruits and they are far less than the grocery store. I also go to farmers markets but right before they close and bargain for the left overs. Hope that some of this works for you.
