Hello!
So I have lost 18 lbs this year. Mainly just in January and February and since then not a pound! So frustrating. I have been to gym for 7 weeks, couple of days a week, doing the c25k challenge. I'm on my week 6 now. Ran for whole 20 minutes yesterday with no problem. Feeling fitter but the weight isn't moving! Any ideas? I try to count my calories, and I eat healthy, cook my foods from scratch but still nothing!!!
I'm 33 and currently weigh 182 lbs. I need to get it moving again.
If anyone wants to do challenges or be a dieting exercise buddy - I'm up for it!
