Vegan Beginner

  • Hello!

    So I have lost 18 lbs this year. Mainly just in January and February and since then not a pound! So frustrating. I have been to gym for 7 weeks, couple of days a week, doing the c25k challenge. I'm on my week 6 now. Ran for whole 20 minutes yesterday with no problem. Feeling fitter but the weight isn't moving! Any ideas? I try to count my calories, and I eat healthy, cook my foods from scratch but still nothing!!!
    I'm 33 and currently weigh 182 lbs. I need to get it moving again.
    If anyone wants to do challenges or be a dieting exercise buddy - I'm up for it!

  • Daam I would have loved to have had an exercise partner, But I live to far away =(. Maybe I'll post my progress pics instead, would that motivate you a bit? I went from 295 lbs to 230 now but I'm stuck at 230 -_-..... I want to be lean by summer its not far away :O... It's quite frustrating.

    What kind of diet/exercise plan are you doing?
    Maybe we could do challenges together and have little competitions
    It's just so hard on my own.

    Like exercise x amount every day and eat x calories a day...and lose lots of weight and be skinny for the summer!
    One day at the time, starting tomorrow!
