Default Hi everyone!

I am new here and I am hoping to find some weight loss support. I lost just over 60 lbs a couple of years ago with Weight Watchers and exercise. My husband did this with me but he lost 100 lbs. Go figure

I developed pretty severe plantar fasciitis in my feet and tendonitis in my ankles. I had to stop going to the gym and got discouraged and gained it all back. I'm about 295 at this time.

I am a Cherokee living in Oklahoma and like most Cherokees, we carry our weight as a huge spare tire with complementary back fat lol. I had a friend my age have a stroke about 5 months ago and Im starting to get really worried about my heart.

I bought a rowing machine because it doesn't hurt my legs or ankles or feet and got clearance from my doctor today. I am taking a LOT of blood pressure medicine and I hope to reduce that and trim down my apple shape.

I am 41 years old and love playing Call of Duty and Battlefield. My husband and I have been married for about 18 months but been together just over 10 years. We are about to add a new pug family member. I love watching basketball but the OKC Thunder and the Memphis Grizzlies are my favorite teams. I have been at the same extremely stressful job for 11 years. No kids but lots of assorted friends and family.

I bet you're upset about Kevin Durant being out for the rest of the season. That's really too bad. The team works so hard but then a player gets injured and "poof". Major changes for the team. I'm a Phoenix Suns fan and have been for years through their ups and downs.

Do you like to play basketball for exercise? Or what do you do for movement/exercise during the week? I've done lots of different things but my goal this month is to get back to the gym. I plan on going tonight. Ask me tomorrow if I made it.

How's the weight loss plan going? What are you doing this time?
