Im brand new to SB. I was on ideal protein a while ago and had great results, but trying to restart I found the diet to be too restricting.
Can someone break this diet down for me? I'm just not getting it.
The last diet I was on, was as follows. 900 calories less than 30g carbs daily. No dairy.
Breakfast source of protein
Lunch protein and 2 cups select veggies.
Snack was a source of protein
Dinner 8oz lean protein and 2 cups veggies.
Is there a breakdown to south beach? I can't find it anywhere
