I'm tracking on my spreadsheet again!
If anyone of you would like to use the spreadsheet to track along with me feel free.. You can add your username in the first column... then your weight and goal weight. The weigh in dates are set for Monday but you can do whatever day of the week works best for you.
If you have success, please share your tips and what's working... or if you have struggles.. go ahead and vent!! Sometimes I get quiet for a while.. even miss a weigh in as life is busy... But overall, I enjoy seeing the visual of my weight trends!!
