Emotional Eater
this week is the first week in years that regardless of having a lot of down emotions and being upset that i didn't run to food to soothe my feelings. I've run to food for years to help me cope with things and in return i gained weight up to 206 lbs on my little 5'2 frame. I'm trying to work through this issue. and it feels really good to say that there are soo many times this week that i typically would have gone to food for. but i'm working through that and reminding myself that my body is worth so much more than that.
