I'm just on day 3 of these challenges at the moment and feeling very sore so thought I'd ask anyone if they would like to join/have done this before?
Unfortunately, and rather miserably for a 23 year old, I am so weak I've had to adapt these simple exercises. I literally can't do more than 1 actual press up so I'm doing a "half" press up (with my knees) and I'm not sure about sit ups but I know from yesterday that I had to do 8 in the morning and 8 in the evening in order to achieve the full 16. It was dire. ha ha.
I'm not expecting visible results but the hope is that if I can complete these then my muscles will be strong enough to squat weights at the gym and actually do a real life press up! :O Also I have zero muscles in my abdomen and I always avoid those work outs at the gym so it's a good way to make me do them!
Any success stories? Any tips? Anyone want to join me?
