  • Since we have 31 days in July let's make this month count for fitness
  • I didn't meet my goal last month so going to try and hit for this month.

  • Consistency is key for me. Last month was I was bogged down with studying. No excuses this month!!!

  • I need to challenge myself to stay consistent when I am not on a regular schedule. It is easy to work in the garden and say "that's enough" so I am going to strive for keeping up with the weights and aerobic stuff.

    1- 35 minutes interval training
    2- 30 min aerobics
    3-weights and aerobics- 45 min
    4
    5- 2 hour hike: approx 4 miles (Ithaca is gorges!!)

    7- 25 minutes weight training; 20 min aerobics
    8- 55 min walk
    9- 30 minutes interval training (just downloaded the 7 minute workout app)
    10- 3 hours in the garden (has to count for something!)
    11- 45 minutes: weights and aerobics

    14- 45 minutes weights and circuit training (plus about 3 hours of yardwork)
