I am a 57 year old morbidly obese woman with an atrial valve replacement, who lost my only and younger brother to heart disease in November 2013. This is my first time trying a blog and then trying it for weight loss is a bit intimidating, but I need accountability.
I just finished Day One Exercise for C25K to get me off my couch and up and walking/jogging. I had to modify it a bit, but surprise I can jog at 2.5 miles per hour for two minute stretches. I hope the intervals increase and the speed does too, but for now this is VICTORY #1.
