Hello! New person here!

    This seems like the lovely supportive forum I have been looking for. I've been overweight for about 10 years and I feel like I should get back to normal for the sake of my health. I feel relatively fit and active but I weigh about 200 pounds (90kg) and I'm aiming to get to get to about 130 pounds, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!

    taking it slow is the name of the game when it comes to weight loss I guess.
    aim for 2-3 lbs. reduction per week and soon your will reach your goal.
