I started my IP program May 14, first weigh in 5/20 7 lbs. down. Now into my second week feeling cocky have a few cheats in and boom scale is rising! Shame on me! Getting back on track today!!!!
Hi Missduff, I don't know the IP program but I want to encourage you. It seems you are willing to look at your reality without giving up. So, good for you! You will get back on track today - go for it! You can do it!
7 lbs down is great congrats!!!! We all (well most of us) have those OOPS moments but the important thing is to move on and keep going on track good for you!
It's those little moments of weakness that help us realize just how strong we are on a daily basis...don't give up the fight, a 7lb loss is a great beginning.
