I find, somehow, that "angry" music (which is not normally music I listen to) is what I find best for my workouts (especially when I run.) I mean, I am *so* not an Eminem fan, but one of my absolute favourite songs to run to is "Not Afraid". I guess it's just the "f*** you" stuff that gets me going. *L*
There's a "workout music" station on Pandora that I found that's mostly pop/rap/hiphop from the past 20 years and it's really motivating. I like to fire that up on my Kindle instead of using my ipod playlist now because there's more variety using Pandora.
