Well of course you can still have a bit of meat or fish on the green one but as a healthy extra. I must say (well I behave myself that is!) I do find this diet (I know they call it food optimizing) pretty easy and is the best I have tried. I love to fill up on pasta and spuds. At the moment because I have been so bad and eaten complete junk I am eating mostly salads and fruit. I cannot believe I have been so stupid and put on 6 1/2 lbs. But it will come off again!

Yes there are some people. A while ago there was a thread to do with red and green days. I cannot rmeember who else was doing SW but they pop up from time to time. I go to the class each week (unless I am working late) and get the mag too (£1.40 from class). I have a few of the cook books as well including the big one (name escapes me) which has four inside it. I recentley bought the world of flavours for my bother so he has no excuse as what to cook for me when I visit. Him and his MRs could also lose some weight but probably will not.

Our class is quite divided on the red/green issue (I don't mean it is at the stage of fisticuffs! That would be something!). Most stick to one or the other. Some cannot get their head around all that meat on the red diet while others cannot get used to eating all the pasta on the green. Guilt kicks in. I know I once did WW and was amazed when I weighed out the pasts how little there was to eat! Now I stuff away!
