Hello! My name is Sarah, I just started being a Stay At Home/Work from Home Mom after three years of breakneck pace. I have five kiddos and a great husband, and quit to support his job and keep the kids sane.
The three years I was working, I wasn't watching my weight or keeping myself (or my kids healthy enough) and now I am worried. I am the heaviest I have ever been at 200lbs (5'9") and I want to get back to 160. I have been working out cardio and weights for the past three weeks and have only lost motivation - not a single pound. And as I kept looking up advice, I found this site. So, here I go
