Needing the extra boost.
Hence why I joined here, haha.
I'm a 21 year old female from Scotland, currently a studen. My starting weight was 208lbs and I'm currently at 195. Weight has always been a struggle with me, I was never lower than a size 12 and was a 16/18 through most of my teen years. 21st birthday wasn't long ago and that's when I finally signed up for the gym.
I read a number of posts on here before joining and the community seems very supportive of each other so I'm hoping that maybe seeing all of the inspiring stories and useful information might help me get to where I want to be.
I want to at least be a size 12 for the summer but doubt that will happen in such a short amount of time but a girl can dream.
I look forward to getting started!
