I like jumping rope too - what is your record of jumps without stopping? I like tae-bo workout videos, I do them from youtube. Do you recommend any videos?
The thing that motivated me was just weighing myself and thinking that 200 pounds is too much for me. I also keep a list of reasons why I want to lose weight on my wall, so whenever I think it's too difficult or forget why I'm doing this, I can look at it and stay motivated. Maybe that would help you too? Anyway, when you start and get used to some helthy habits, it's not even that hard!
