I'm wearing a life jacket and hanging on to the side of the boat.. If I can just get "Stop and NO" back into my vocabulary I'd have the strength to climb back aboard.
I'm right in the same place, Judy. I did fine on Wednesday--ate OP and got my 20 minutes on. Yesterday my head was under water, I was so far out of the boat. Today I started out strong and then got a little wet.
Any idea why this is happening?
My goal is to get back in the boat for the remainder of the day. That means I will have to eat a LIGHT dinner despite eating out with DH, as we always do on Fridays. If we go to the Italian place, I will order from their "light" menu and SKIP THE BREAD. If we go to our other regular spot, it will be soup and salad. And I must get my 20 minutes of exercise in.
