Hmm, my plan for the next 10 days.
1. Continue with drinking nothing but water as I have been. It's so easy now it's pathetic, lol.
2. Continue incorporating exercise into my routine. I am starting slow, because I don't know how to exercise safely at this weight yet and I'm staying very conscious of what my body is telling me. I don't want any injuries!
3. Continue to eat smart and sensible, only eating when I am hungry which has been kind of amazing. I suffer from stomach issues, and when my stomach is empty I have awful abdominal pains. It's getting easier though. I am learning that I can wait until my stomach tells me that I am hungry, the pain happens when I wait too long, so don't do that!
4. See the scale drop some more. I don't care too much about the number as long as it's going down and not going up!
5. Don't let the people that don't think I can do it affect my progress. It's frustrating wanting to exercise and huff and puff and sweat around people that are laughing at you, but hey, I'm doing more than what they are doing, so I already win.
