I'm holding it together so I think I'll stick with old goals:

1 - Stick to my WW points
2 - 64 oz fluids daily.
3 - Control crunchy carbs. - My downfall.
4 - No falling out of the boat.

Smile my 10 days in the lifeboat goals:

1. to stay withing my calorie range (1710 per day)
2. to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
3. to exercise at least 2 hours a day 6 days a week
4. to lose 3 lbs a week. (8 lbs away from my current goal. deadline is in 3 weeks, 9/2/13)

today went good. I tried a new cardio class that almost killed me but other than that, I'm great. (and nice and dry in the boat)

And I lost 3 lbs when I weighed in today!

I'm doing great. nice and dry. worked out for over 3 hrs today-- all cardio. I'm bushed. Gonna see how long I can stay up past dinner. Last night I was ready for bed at 9:00. I used to stay up past midnight before I started working out so hard. Those days are over.

I had a good day yesterday but it was a bit carb heavy. I had a dear friend bring by a big bowl of pasta salad. I increased my water but still need to increase it more today.Scales were down 2lbs today.

hi y'all. I'm doing great. Staying op and nice and dry. Just tired from my long workout (3h15m of cardio) and taking it easy the rest of the day.

I like this lifeboat Idea
I would rather paddle in a safe boat than to sink in the fatanic. :P

I will be doing p90x in about 5 minutes

Ill post how it goes

Update: Rocked it !

I learned today what side of my body my heart beats, lol.

jonah What's p90x?

Basically we set 10 day goals. Big goals. little goals ...... it doesn't matter. Then we do our best to meet our goals daily and not "fall out" of the boat.

i really enjoyed my workout today. It was a bit easier on the body so I'm not so tired. Did errands this evening that I was too exhausted to do yesterday.
1hr 10 mins water aerobics
45 mins yoga
25 mins walking/jogging in intervals for c-2-5k
35 mins cross trainer machine
5 mins on rowing machine
=3 hrs but 2 hrs was pretty lite/low impact

staying on plan! yay! staying dry in the lifeboat!
