I'm new..
I got hypnotized, which consisted of 3 **2hr sessions. 2 weeks apart. I weighed myself on 5/15/13 @ 265, and today I'm 230
Do I think the hypnosis worked. No. I believe that it's just me wanting to live a different lifestyle.
So basically, I eat a lot of protein and either equal or less veggies with it. I never eat my veggies without a protein. No breads, sugars or starches/carbs. I only drink water or flavored Seltzer water. Which by the way, is my new addiction!
I cheat on occasion but now I know the effects it has on me and I love knowing how long it'll take to get out of my body.
So, here I am... mom of 2 older girls (22 + 20) who drive me insane and a soon to be 10 year old boy who is the best
I'm simply amazed at all of the success stories on here!!! Very awesome and very inspiring.
