Hi there
I've been lurking around for a while and finally plucked up courage to join as it's clear there's loads of support here. I'm about 1/3 way to reaching my goal and starting to exercise more (I WANT to run!). I've reduced and counted calories and it's been pretty successful so far, and I feel so much better.
I live in Finland but am originally from England, and welcome support from anyone- local or far away.
