You can do it! Most people, if not all, gain some weight back. I know I have regained 10 lbs recently, I got to a point where I put my foot down then I lost the weight I regained. But that wasn't the first time I regained some weight. There were times during my journey that I just took a break for various reasons. Weight loss is a journey we travel, and sometimes we get off the train and off track. But, we always get back on again. There is definitely motivation on this board. Many threads you can join to give you motivation, for example, like this thread called "Goodbye to the 150s"

There are also daily weigh in threads which are very motivational, as you are being accountable. There is definitely tons of support on this forum. Kinda like weight watchers meetings, but this is free and available 24/7
