I found this forum in searching for weight loss forums. I need to lose some. I use to weigh 287, lost down to 154, then gained back to where I am now at 193. I didn't gain any of it back for years until I started taking beta blockers for migraines and working 12 hour night shifts. Needless to say, I'm frustrated, but I'm at a place where I don't want to see the 200s again, so I want to try to restart some weight loss.
