Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?
Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry.
I'm going to record my exercise here for this segment. I'd like to get 300 minutes in by the end of the thread. I'm also still working on water and of course want to keep eating OP.
alright yesterday I was a little off... but I truly enjoyed my extra calories... the thing is not to do that all the time... I was about 100 calories over my daily allowance... I know that doesn't sound like much but I have to make sure I rein myself in and don't make a habit of that... feeling a completely dry day coming on...
I was wet last night... I had weekly points to spend, but really lost track of what I was eating so that I'm not sure I even tracked properly. I'm going to make a point of trying to save an extra 10 of my weekly points to compensate.
Dry today, and got in 30 minutes of walking and 30 minutes of weight loss yoga (and my muscles are yelling about it). So that's 60 minutes so far for this segment.
Today was a great day for me! I woke up 2 pounds down. Yay! We got a little bit of cool rainy weather, the high was 71 degrees today. I walked 2 miles and ended the day 300 calories to the good. I made a pot of vegetable stew so I could get in a lot of vegetables for less calories. So it was a wonderful day!!!
Well it is still a little rainy here this morning, (nice since we have been in a drought). Yesterday I discovered my stationary bike, and rode it instead of walking in the constant rain, so that was a good thing. A little sore this morning but I will live. However, I hope to get my walk in today.
Eating was spot on yesterday and I expect today will be as well. Gonna work on getting in more water than usual.
Didn't record my exercise yesterday but I got in 40 minutes (39 minutes walking + 1 whole minute jogging). That makes 100 minutes for this segment so far.
Weight is staying high as I wait for TOM, but I'm dry and in the boat.
