Goodbye!
It's time to say goodbye to this group. After 14 months I finally dropped a bit over 100 lbs. and am now officially less than 300. Yay me! Still have a long way to go before I'm back to reasonable health but so far, this hasn't been at all bad. Being mindful of what I eat, tracking calories, exercising regularly is something I can do for the rest of my life. The reward is that I feel so much better, my clothes fit and I can sit in regular chairs! I don't need any more incentive than that.
