I have alittle over 90pds since September of 2011, just by eating healthy and exercising. But I've BEEN stuck, since January. Sooo my Dr says try Low Carb since I am Insulin Resistant due to PCOS. Soo, here I am, ready to start my journey tomorrow.
I went up a little on the scale this weeks weigh in ( maybe pms) Idk, so I am starting at 178, (2 months ago I was 173), so I am going the WRONG way for NO reason! I go to the gym every am at 6am and I walk 1-2 miles EVERY night! So I am praying this is what I need to do to reach my goal and if it works my EXTRA goal!
I want to get to 135! But my extra goal is now 125. I think 128 is my "healthy" weight on the chart.
Anyone starting tomorrow?! Would LOVE to chat with another to have the extra motivation, either by Fb or email/text! Let me know!!
Attached is a photo of then and now. Well 173. Not 178. Boo. I am only 5'1 so I am still concerned obese.
