My name is Emily and I am new to this site. I am excited to see the amount of support and care in these forums. I just wanted to introduce myself. I am trying to lose weight for my upcoming wedding, and to make a life change. I have always heard that you need to get off the unwanted weight before you have children. So, I am working on it. It has been a journey. 2 years ago at 175lbs I tried the Atkins Diet for 5 months. I lost a significant amount of weight, down to 150lbs. My goal has always been 140, so with the help of Adipex, I am hoping to achieve my goal. I have managed to keep my weight about the same (within 5 lbs) since I have lost it, and I hope to do that this time with the last 10 lbs. I am hoping to find a new way to eat and live, so that I can maintain my goal weight and be healthy when I come off of the adipex. I would love to hear your stories and suggestions if you have any!
