I want to say hi to everyone and hopefully I can get some wonderful information from everyone here to help me with my journey. I tried IP about 2 years ago and was doing great and got bored and it was pricey and I quit of course I have gained more than 1/2 back and I realize that I need to complete the steps to succeed I was still in phase 1 when i quit. I need to do this for myself for long term health. I am ready for change
