Here I go...
For the last year I've said I was going to start losing weight again probably half a dozen times and I just keep giving up on it. I'm frustrated and tired of feeling unhappy with myself. For the most part I'm comfortable in my body, I just wish I felt better.
I signed up to walk in my first ever 5k a few months ago and D-Day is coming up next week. I'm walking in The Color Run and I think it will be a good first 5k. It isn't a timed event and there are lots of people walking so I feel confident there will not be any pressure to try and kill myself.
Here's to a good walk and a get healthy plan I stick with this time around!
