Hello All
Stated my first diet program ever. Quit smoking 6 months ago and retired from hockey after 50 years of playing a year ago. These 2 things help me put on some extra weight.
I am trying the the Ideal Protein diet. So far it has been 5 days and 7lbs lost. I really like the diet so far as it seems easy to follow and lots to eat. I happen to like vegetables and salads. So far so good. Like to lose 40-50 lbs. My better half is also doing so it makes the meals easier when both are rating the same.

Hello! I am a newbie too! I just started 4/16. That's awesome you lost 7 lbs already! Its such a big lifestyle change, but its great to see results! Are you tracking at home? I dont know how much I have lost, I feel like I have not lost any, although I have not checked. Anyways, good luck with your new adventures with your Significant other!
