Default Progress....17 pounds to go...let's do this ;)

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself...I've been "overweight" my whole life. Some would consider me chbby, thick....etc. My goal is not to be skinny but comfortably curvaceous.

I've been kind of obsessed with the SBD over the last few weeks because I'm getting such great results! I just finishing phase one. I'm kind of on the fence about whether to stick to phase one for a few more pounds. I'm still a bit reluctant to reintroduce fruit just yet because I used to eat alot of fruit and realize I love high GI fruits...lol....when I do go back to fruit I will focus on mostly berries.

Anyway, yes this week I will not be quite a strict but I am still sticking mostly to protein and green veggies. Also, i did buy some shirataki noodles...not sure if I want to go there just yet because I want more results but again we shall see.

I didn't get to the gym that much last week only twice, so this week back to my 4-5 day goal. I would like to get at least another 10 pounds of by mid May? Is that overzealous........This is a great community...looking forward to hearing about your progress.

You should be able to drop 10 lbs by the middle of May if you stick with your program. That is a 2.5 lb drop per week and that is what I usually lose. Keep your chin up,
