Hello all! I'm Lindsay, looking to shed ... well, enough. Anywhere from 40-50lbs. I've been on and off, but in keeping with my goal, I know support is important. Needless to say it was really awesome to come across this site while looking for a few tips.
Most days I'm one to eat healthy though I'm sure we're all known to splurge a bit. I'm a member of Planet Fitness locally and love to bike when the weather's warm. I also work at a job where I'm constantly moving around so exercise is not a problem.
Anywho, I look forward to getting to know each of you!







You can do it, and so can I. Today is only day 7 OP for me (after restarting too) and I'm so happy, motivated and grateful for all these wonderful people that are here to help. See... some of the best things in life are free!
