I found the best way for me to stop my binges was to change the food items that I wouldn't notice much (milk, bread, spreads) and to cut out junk and fizzies-just as you are doing. I still hate vegetables, even though I've been eating them for the last 3 months or more and I've changed all of my other foods to low-fat and sugar-free (I have sugar-free hot chocolate! It tastes almost the same as normal hot chocolate!

Changing your diet takes time, so don't be disheartened if you have a bad day or week. There is plenty of advice on dieting (such as weight watchers) and there is a support page if you feel you need that extra pick-me-up.
