1 month on Weight Watchers, DOWN 14 pounds. Does it look it?
My name is Maria and today marked my 1 month anniversary on WW. I feel great to be honest and the numbers on the scale are awesome. But guys, be honest, can you tell I lost the weight? Where so? I'm so self conscious! You can go to my yahoo answers page to get the picture [email protected]

I couldn't find it either. Remember those 14 pounds come from all over your body so may not be apparent just yet. How do your clothes fit ? Are they getting looser ?
I couldn't find your pictures either, but I measure myself weekly and that is how I really know I am losing. Maybe you can do the same thing to add confidence in those scale numbers and to keep you motivated. 14 lbs in one month is awesome. Keep up the hard work.
