Hi everyone - I just started IP last week, and my first weigh in today I lost 11 pounds. Very happy and know its first week water weight as well.
Finding foods I liked was hard, but I'm in a groove now
Last week with the puddings that I didn't like, I was doing two meals and veggie snacking on cucumbers and celery in between...and not eating the desert pudding they give you that first week.
This week, I ordered bars which taste very good. What I'm wondering is if I won't lose the weight at the same pace because the bars are more calories. Should I stick to no restricted foods? Or a "sweet" that isn't a bar?
Working hard at this and don't want to screw it up!
