I highly recommend swimming and pool workouts! I have a hip problem which prevents a lot of activities, but I can work out in the pool as long as I want. I even bought an underwater iPod for water dancing, which makes it fun and the time flies
I am sorry about your knee..... I am sure that there are some sitting exercises that you can do and this is the place to find info Good for you for starting too. I hope you find an eating program that works really well for you! Welcome
