Default Today's binge *sigh*

Okay, so I was trying to avoid doing it again but....I'VE DID IT AGAIN.

I know they tend to define binge eating as a large amount of food consumed within 2 hours, but I disagree with this because of the way I do it (very frantic) and my mindset (gotta get this filth out of the house NOW! better eat it all!) and the amount.

So today? 6 bacon, egg & cheese biscuits + two bowls of cottage cheese with peaches (yeah, me trying to make it healthy haha!).

The last three days have been REALLY bad. Yesterday, I ate a couple boxes of stuff (whole grain fig bars, Nutri-grain cherry bars) and more bacon, egg & cheese biscuits. Oh, and a box of Triscuits. I have a horrible headache and feel pretty awful and depressed. I feel like I can't stop. It's like some kind of panic attack.

I'm sure you will find a lot of people here who can relate! It is all to easy to let one bad day turn in to a few and before you know it, it's a bad week! I'm sorry you are having a tough time right now.... But you CAN stop. Right this second and get back on track. One "good day" under your belt can so wonders for your outlook and self-esteem. You can get a handle on this! Good luck!

Well, I'm starting over today. I weigh in at 144, but I think about two pounds of that is water bloat from the binge.

I just ended a 3 week binge. I ate way too much junk food for the entire time. It's horrible. I've moved up 1 belt loop. However, I know that this is just part of the weight loss journey. You're going to have your ups and downs. I lost 40 pounds this year and it wasn't all smooth sailing. I kept losing weight then getting back into old habits. But I've made it this far and won't give up.

Keep going.

Keep at it. I had a friend recently lose 300 pounds. He said his number one piece of advice is to not beat yourself up when you mess up. Immediately jump back on and forget that it happened.
