Is it normal? Am I doing it wrong? What's going on here!?!?!?
Ok ok, so its
ONLY day two of using my
NEW (to me, 50 buck Kijiji special!) Elliptical. I am horribly out of shape and the first day I made it 10 minutes on the elliptical and yesterday I made it to 15 minutes
, but by the end my feet were just about completely numb. I nearly fell off the damn thing because I had no idea where my feet were lol (Kinda wish I could have seen myself!
)
Anyone experience this and have any advice?
I like using the elliptical since it's really nice on my knees and gives my thighs some wicked burn that I haven't experienced in many many years
