Default Hello Everyone

Hello everyone. I am new to this group and hope to learn much from all of you. Altho, I am not a lot overweight...I have been in the past and need to get some control again. I hope to find some new recipes. Right now, I'm not sure if Weight watchers or Atkins is my way to go. I am a sugar addict, that is certain...but find atkins too restrictive and I end up binging!!! I have found, that keeping a food diary helps. I preplan my menus and pretty much TRY to stick to them.

Welcome Sanmon!! I had the same problem with Atkins. I heard Sugar Busters is really good for sugar addicts and know several people who lost weight with it, but that's not my specific problem.

I wish you well, and welcome!!

Thank you very much Mozzy. I wish you much success also. It is so easy to let the pounds creep back on and oh sooo hard to get them to come off! I at one time, was 200# and have finally learned, that I have to have a panic weight! When I hit that weight, I panic and begin yet aother diet. My worst time of the year, is from Halloween thru New Years. Then magically, I awaken to un-wanted pounds. Happens every year!!!!! You would think I'd learn. LOL

Sanmon, your last post could be mine! After losing 40+ pounds a few years ago, I've once again creeped up to the 200 mark! Two weeks ago, I decided enough is enough! Maybe this holiday season, we both will have learned! Good luck!

Welcome Sanmon! What is your current weight and goal weight? There is a place where you can log this in your user cp. If you are private ignore that. You are welcome here regardless!
