Red face Introduction
Hello,

My daughter, Tif, used to belong to this forum a long time ago, and now she's back and she invited me to join as well. We would both like to lose weight and hope the support here can help. I am pre-diabetic and a vegetarian, and I'd like to lose about 45 lbs.
