Default Week 1 weigh in! Amazing!!
So, I weighed in today! I was really nervous. At my first weigh in last Monday(01/07/13) I weighed 188.5. Today I weighed 179. WHATTTT??? 9.5 pounds?! Is that even possible? I guess it is! I am so excited and so so proud of myself! I hope you are all having a great week! I finally have the motivation I need to keep going!!

That is so fantastic, congratulations!

When I did my first weigh in, I was amazed to have lost 5 lbs...I guess I wasn't expecting WW to work because it was just so easy! I didn't feel like it had been any work. I continued to lose another 5 lbs the second and third weeks as well! I hope you continue to see great results

Thanks, y'all! I was pretty impressed! I'm sure this amount of weight loss won't always be the case but it sure was a great starting point!!

You can do it!! I was nervous because I cheated on day 2 and I just knew I blew the whole week! Good luck!!

Thank you so much! I was so hardcore the first week!! I am still pretty hardcore. I am ready to live a healthy life and this works for me. I am going to give it all I've got until I get to my goal!!

You sound like me! I have tried to cut back in the past and failed to stick with it. I really feel like this time it has hit me. I am doing this for a healthier lifestyle, period. Excited to see the results soon I hope! Good luck to you all

Amazing!!!! I had my week 1 weight in today and only lost 1.4lbs I'm just glad it's a loss and not a gain tho...off to week 2 I go!

IamJordanNicole A loss is a loss!! I always tend to drop 10-20 pounds very quickly and then have to really really work for the rest! You can do it!
