This ^ 1200 is the absolute bare mininum you should be eating, but at your height and weight you should be eating more...
I'm getting numbers between 1800-1900 for your BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) and you shouldn't really be eating below that, even when dieting...
My BMR is around 1700...I usually burn 400-500 calories at the gym when I work out, so I eat most of those calories back, usually sticking to around 2000 a day while losing...When I dip below 1800 I have no energy, my workouts lag, and I'm exaused...
Play around with your calorie amount...
